Try Before You Buy – Terms
HS SUPPLIES LLC may offer you the opportunity to purchase our products on a free trial basis, including our Try Before You Buy offer (a “Trial Offer”). Trial Offers are subject to availability and are only available for your first purchase of an applicable product. You will get to try the product for a period of thirty (30) days, starting on the date of purchase (the “Trial Period”). You are responsible for paying only shipping charges when you purchase a product under a Trial Offer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you do not cancel prior to the expiration of the Trial Offer (on the 30th day of your trial), you will be billed the amount specified at checkout, which is typically the full price of the product, on the last day of your trial. You acknowledge that HS SUPPLIES LLC does not need to obtain additional authorization for the subsequent subscription charges.
To cancel your trial, simply email us at support@HumboldtsSecret.com before the expiration of the Trial Period. HS SUPPLIES LLC simply asks that you return your product. We will send you a shipping label for you to return your product. Once we receive your return, we will be able to fully process your trial cancellation. If we have not received your return by the expiration of the Trial Period, you may be charged the amount specified at checkout, however, once we receive your return, we will refund such charge.
By placing an order for a Trial Offer, you understand and agree that HS SUPPLIES LLC may place a pre-authorization or temporary hold on your credit or debit card for the full purchase price of the product that you have chosen to try. This usually appears as a pending charge. HS SUPPLIES LLC has implemented temporary holds and our trial return policy to protect HS SUPPLIES LLC and its customers from potential fraud. We may use an account updater to automatically update your credit card information in the event it changes, in which case, your renewal will be billed to the updated account information.
By placing an order for a Trial Offer, you understand and agree that HS SUPPLIES LLC may place a pre-authorization or temporary hold on your credit or debit card for the full purchase price of the product that you have chosen to try. This usually appears as a pending charge. HS SUPPLIES LLC has implemented temporary holds and our trial return policy to protect HS SUPPLIES LLC and its customers from potential fraud. The following terms apply for all returned items:
To return a product for an exchange or full refund, simply email us at support@HumboldtsSecret.com< and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label via email.
We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns using the return shipping label sent to you. The shipping label must be clearly attached to the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without the return label.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes your financial institution 7-10 business days to credit your refund. For some banks, it may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
It is important that you submit your return or refund request in accordance with this Section. HS SUPPLIES LLC reserves the right to deny a refund or return request if you have violated these Terms and Conditions, if HS SUPPLIES LLC has reason to believe you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if you have not returned the product in accordance with this Section.
